We are a local community practicing Ashtanga style yoga and offering weekly class experiences to share knowledge and techniques.
We aim to offer a supportive and safe environment for students to practice self inquiry in the context of yoga asana, pranayama and meditation.
In face to face classes we may offer you assistance in the form of hands-on adjustments in postures, please feel free to indicate you would prefer no physical contact in class.
We encourage all students to modify postures and transitions which are not appropriate for them and trust their own judgment to become an independent yoga practitioner.
New practitioners and beginners are most welcome.
